CMH False Advertising

<p>On Saturday the 6th August, I went to CMH Honda Pinetown to enquire about purchassing a new Ballard, I was met by a sales consultant Allison, who turns out to be the Assistant Sales Manager, she took down details and perticulars of the new vehicle I was interested in being a 1.5 Elegance Ballard M/T, she also took the time to have my trade in vehicle valued and advised me that she had two vehicles of the model that I was interested in, in stock, today she phoned back the first thing she insisted that she had a great deal where she could sell be a automatic for the same price as the manual, this sounded good so I enquired about the price, the manual model was advertised on their website for R 239 990,00 to my schock she advised me of a price 21k more than their advertised price, I queried this with her only to be told that the vehicles advertised at 239k were demo models and she did not have stock, so ended our conversation, On checking their website again, there is the advert at 239k with no mention that these were demo vehicle, so I phoned their Hatfield Branch and spoke to a new vehicle salesman called Jeff, he advised that the advertised price is on new vehicles and most cer*****ly not demos, he also confirmed that he had stock at the advertised price, I sent a email to Allison at CMH Pinetown advising her of the converstaion that I had with their Hatfield Branch, not surprising I have not recieved any form of response, clearly CMH Honda Pinetown have no desire to build long lasting customer relationships.</p>
