Avoid Honda Hatfield for your car service

Took my car in at 08:30, was told it will be ready by 3pm. No communication the entire day, come 3pm, car still parked outside untouched. Being told they running late it's going in next. No clear explanation why. Currently outside sitting in the scorching sun waiting for my car since I do not have an alternative in North West.
