Outstanding service
Outstanding service from CMH Honda Umhlanga. Mdu Zakwe made the process of buying my 2025 Honda Fit completely effortless: patient through every step, no nonsense, and went the extra mile on collection day and beyond. Magen in finance made the paperwork side smooth and stress-free too. Easily one of the best dealership experiences I've had. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service
Outstanding service from CMH Honda Umhlanga. Horrible service at service centre.
I am appalled by the service I received at Honda Umhlanga. I arrived at 6:30 a.m. and was 3rd in line, handed over my keys by 7 a.m., and was assured they would handle a fuel pump recall. I was clear that I did not want a full service, but despite this, they kept my car the entire day. I had to take off work at 12 p.m. just to go pick it up, and by 4 p.m., it still wasn’t fixed. According to my research, a fuel pump recall should take no more than an hour. The incompetence and complete lack of urgency from the staff was unacceptable . The only person who showed any care was a lady with a broken foot. this is the last time I will ever own a Honda. I strongly advise others to avoid this dealership at all costs."
