Bad Service

I bought a motorcycle at Honda Menlyn in September 2017. I mad the deal by telephone with Edward and was sent a quotation for the transaction. The deal that we made was that the price would be R41999. This would include the registration of the motorcycle. In the quotation the amount of R990 was stipulated for licence and registration. I excepted the quotation and paid the amount of R41999. I picked up the motorcycle and during October 2017 I was informed that they could not do the registration as I stayed in the Free State. This I completely understand. Then I asked for my money back for the registration and was told by Edward that he will speak to the Manager. The manager informed Edward that I must register the motorcycle at my expense and they would reimburse me. I told him that that was not the agreement and that if it costs me less that R990 I would lose the difference. I have sent an email to Edward regarding this, but he has not even responded with any type of comment. They could not register the motorcycle so they have to reimburse me my R990 that they charged and I paid.
