Terrible customer service and terrible communication

I bought a ford figo from them Friday 22nd August today is the 27th they've been giving me the run around regards the registration papers for the car .sales person is youlanda have no idea when the papers will be available they told me sing Friday that they are waiting on head office .But they were in a rush for me to make an immediate payment so the payment can reflect the Same day but I have to wait God knows how long....the temporary number plate/registration ends in a few days so I won't be legally allowed to drive the car on any roads so I bought a car only to have it parked and not enjoy it
