Honda Cape Town disgusting service.

Ordered and paid for a part for my car. Was told it would take 3-4 days.After two weeks of no updates, I contacted them and they told me they would need to get the part from Japan. It’s been 2 months now and have been told they don’t know what the ETA date is. Contacted Honda SA and they said they would investigate. That was 2 weeks ago. Service from Honda Cape Town has been pathetic and unsatisfactory.
