Missing part from Honda Brio 1.2

On 12 June 2021 I assisted a dear friend by checking her Honda Brio 1.2, which she purhased at Honda Hatfield in 2014 and have had it serviced there ever since. I discovered that the protection plate at the bottom of the engine was missing. There is no sign that it has been ********** and none of the bolts are present. This must have happened at the last service.
