CMH Haval Pinetown

Hi We have bought 4 brand new vehicles from this Dealership. Our last one has been an absolute nightmare. From a leaking battery to several faults that have been picked up from independent professional dealerships, we have not received any assistance from Haval Pinetown or SA Mahindra. The after sales service is ZERO... The workshop manager made us drive the vehicle from Polokwane to Durban, to have it inspected by Their Own mechanical team. We were not allowed to view the Report. The Report was apparently sent to Mahindra SA. ( no help either ) We had to pay all expenses to get the vehicle and driver to the dealership and back to Polokwane. We had to pay individuals specialists for independent reports. This is the last time i will ever buy anything from these people that cannot even look you in the eye and tell you the Truth. This matter will now go to the Ombudsman and i cannot wait to meet you in Court.....
