You give the "bad second-hand sales guy image" weight

<p>Last year I bought a car from Ford Hatfield and a week later the dashboard bagan to sag. I tried to return the car and they gave me stories and were evasive for 2 weeks. Eventually i drove onto the lot, gave a sales guy the key and walked away then didnt return to pick the car up again. However now I am stuck with all the cancellation fees for insurance and the tracking service. I tried to contact them and I even sent an email to ask them to pay for the cancellation fee for CarTrack because it is the most expensive and no one has even acknowledgedmy email. Luckily the car contract was eventually cancelled. </p>
