very bad service

I bought a used Mazda 2 in Nov and the license disk expires tomorrow and I still don't have a new one, I have been calling ever since but they keep lying to me and blaming an ex employee, evetytime I call they say they are working on it and promise to call back but never do so. I am very unhappy about this and right now I just consider them very useless and unhelpful!
