Terrible Service - Terrible Sales People

<p>I spoke to a sales person Saturday afternoon (just before COB) as I enquired about an Audi A4, white automatic. The guy ensured me that the car is still available and that I should come in on Monday with my car in order for them to assess the trade in value of my car. My husband took time off from work JUST to get this done! Upon arrival Monday first thing, they stated that this car has been sold!!!</p> <p>Terrible service and quality of sales people. This has been an utter waste of our time!!!!!! Disgraceful!!!!</p>
