Worst Customer Service ever!

If I could I would put minus 10 stars! Today I have called 5 times for a quote. Every single time I get transfered and transfered! After being transfered 14 times I have given up! I then asked someone else to call. They where transfered 7 times for a ridiculous price. Firstly don't ******* your clients. Secondly the client pays your salary. this is NOT the first time I have had terrible service at this dealership. Now I want to sell my car and buy another brand. Utterly disgusted!
