Pathetic service by Ford Menlyn

I went took my car in for service and the experienced problems when I had to pay...I must say it was at that point that the service booking lady turned sour, asked for the manager who was awful with service.to make maters worse a white Afrikaner lady came in and was prioritized above me which was then I lost it...they are ******s, their service is so poor and they are arrogant wonder if they own the place because with service like that I wonder if ford is aware that their brand is being tarnished by their white Afrikaner employees.

I was told they could not assist in anyway and they would not release my car which I was willing to leave my card behind and only needed authorization and it was unfortunate banks were closed. I asked them how do they expect me to get around and they said they didn't care...would you say that to a customer bringing money to your business. I ended up paying by credit card which I didn't want done.

I regret taking my car there for service and would not recommend anyone to take their car for service. I was appalled by the service and would like Ford SA to look into this as their brand is tarnished in Menlyn Ford.
