Ford Kuga Overheating
I took my car in for overheating. A Ford Kuga I am told that the car will take a minimum of 3 days to fix and a maximum of 3 weeks. Then in this period Ford is not even willing to give me a courtesy car. I called Ford SA the lady on customer care says "the dealership is not obliged to give you a courtesy car". I mean they know about their cars and they don't care about the customer. You buy a car from Ford then they don't care about you anymore!!!
