POOR SERVICE

Once again another Ford dealership has shown how useless they are.... waited a week to get a booking as my auto transmission is faulty. Arrived for my booking only to be told theres no job card for me.. go into reception and theres nobody there to assist me had to find out they not taking bookings today I shouldve been rescheduled. Nobody bothered to assist me with rescheduling or advising me why... there was one person at their desk only.. ****roaches on the floor the place was a big dirty unorganized mess... stood around for 38 minutes then left as nobody came to assist me. My husband called back later only to be told "we dont know why they didnt take the car in!"

SHOCKING AS USUAL FORD!!! **** POOR ATTITUDE AND NO CARES GIVEN!!!!
