Unhappy customer

I had a terrible experience with cmh Ford Ballito. The workshop manager was rude to us. They continously blamed us for the car breaking. They only assisted us when I threatened to call head office and Mr Hill himself. I will not be taking my car there for the next service. We've wasted alot of money and the employees of the branch became unhappy when they asked to change the engine and we didn't. Note we didn't want to change the engine because there was nothing wrong on the engine. When we had taken the car the timing wasn't set on the car.
