POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT BALLITI FORD KZN NORTH COAST

very poor service and explanation give by the service manageress when servicing my ford ranger club cab on 150 km service being a customer and driving fords for the last 30 years i requested my wheel changed around for tyre wear on the vehicle i was informed this could not be done due to the vehicle being old (2018) model the nuts contract and expand and the nuts now have expanded so much that the w shop w spanner does not fit over the nuts 19 mm i asked why they did not try a 20 mm socket no reply i i was quoted r84 per wheel nut by the service dept i went and bought new w nuts for r25 per nut from the spares shop when i asked why the w shop nuts are so expensive the reply i got is the ford w nuts and spares shops are different to me a nut is a nut the factory issue should not be any different i used my factory issue w spanner and removed all 24 wheel nuts and replaced same at my own at a third of the price the Ford dealership Ballito wanted to charge me
