The unprofesional mechanical work and assistance

I bought a new vehicle at CMH East rand Boksburg ,took it for sevices at known servie companies at more than what CMH asked. My reason was of previous bad experience i had with there service . Now with al this rain i had a problem with the vehicles lights and because it is still under garaunteei took it back to them.They told me it can be the towbar because they had alot of vehicles with that problem.After two days they said no it is not the towbar but the tracking unit and if they can removed and i said if it is the problem rhen it is fine. I phoned back later to find out because nobody phones back and i already wanted to leave for Port Alfred on holiday. I was then told it is the Cluster and the tracking unit send a feedback to the Cluster and damaged it . They will not pay for the repairs because i did not take it to them for services. I went to fetch my vehicle and told them it was not explained to me when i bought the vehicle brand new. I left with my vehicle and arrived at home and realised they took out my vehicles alarm and central locking,i went back and they confirmed that they removed the tracking unit ,i had to show them it is the alarm and central locking that they have removed ,so again it showed me that my previous bad experience just changed to later on.
