Stay away!!

Bought a Hyundai Santa Fe from them 13th August 2021. The next day the car broke down entire engine ceased. Promised to have the car fixed within a week due to the fact that we wanted to cancel the deal it's now almost four weeks later and we are still waiting. Every week there is a different story. First they were not happy with the engines they got and now they have received one and needs to be fitted.

Please don't make the same mistake we did. They will keep you updated but believe me you have to phone them constantly. The sales rep Linda will tell you Steven or Jarryd will phone me and the end of the day no one phones you back to give you an update.

You have to go there to get feedback or you will wait forever for someone to give you an update what is going on.

Stay away!! You will wait for you car to be repaired forever. The Sales Rep will make it very clear to you they have the first option to fix the car and not give you another car.
