CMH East Rand are crocks and unprofessional!!!

I am in disbelief of your unprofessionalism and heartless you are. First you sell me a faulty car, fine you acknowledge your mistake and tried to fix the situation, problem is when I was kept in the dark and always had to follow up with empty promises, secondly, you take an automatic suv and loan me a picanto manual which even when I complaint about it my matter was just brushed and I thought well, it will only be for just a day or two, little did I know it will take 2weeks,excuse was "bought the wrong part or no one is avail at the workshop on weekends, lots of times your problems were made mine, so what got me boiled to write is, my car was taken with almost half and returned empty how the **** does that even make sense, silly me, I did not check when Vincent dropped off the car because it was during office hours, the funny thing about it is I played a prank on him and told him I did not pour petrol in the picanto he asked "where is your courtesy, Ubuntu, how can leave the car on empty"? I told him to switch on the car and he will see that there's petrol, just few inches to half tank..... Little did I know when I leave the office after knocking off I will find a shocker. I am flabbergasted, disgusted by Vincent and their entire team at CMH EastRand on how can you take someone's car with petrol and return it empty, especially in such trying with South African economy sies on you!!! You are crocks and lack professionalism and proper customer service, one thing I hate is when my patience and understanding is undermine, you will not take me for a stupid, you better refund me my petrol and give a full guarantee that the car will not have any issues or you give my money back and take you car!!!!
