Not Original BMW Parts.

I bought a BMW 120D from CMH infinity in PIne Town around November 2013, I was assured that the car is in good condition and i also took an extended warranty on the vehicle. Last week 29/01/2015 i took my car for service at BMW Auto Alpina Boksburg and they found out that the installed Break Pads were not genuine BMW parts. I have been paying my policy premuims regulary and if something could have happend on the breaks my claim would be considered invalid because of the **** break pads i did not even install on this car. BMW is asking for about R12000 for the replacement of both the break disc and the pads which are not geniune.. After finding out about this i immediately contacted the dealer via email who until today 01/2/16 has not responded to my email.. Pleased advice
