Bad Service

On the 18th Feb 2015 my 70+ year old mother purchased a second hand, 2011 car from Cmh Datcentre, Highway. for cash. No finance. It has taken two attempts by the salesman to get the vehicle licensed. It is now the 13th March. <br> During the first attempt at licensing, he told my mother that it wasn't done because while the papers were with the licensing dept, the COR expired so it couldn't be done. The car was taken on Friday 6th of March for new COR, and the papers submitted. Still nothing by Wed 11th am, so I called the licensing dept and was told that the car was registered. The dealer was notified and told my mom he would get back to her. He never did. Thursday dealer called to say he had the number plated etc and would go fit them this morning, the 13th @ about 10am.<br> He never turned up and when confronted said that he was in Toti and had no cell reception. (Obviously no call boxes in his vicinity?????)<br> It has now taken a call from me, from Cape Town, to his manager, with threats of going to Wendy Nola for the number plates and registration papers to be delivered and fitted.<br> <br> I am appalled at the level of service that this salesman gets away with.
