Pathetic Service, lies, lies and more lies

i purchased a vehicle from Kmh Durban a month ago. Ever since then i have been **** to by the staff and they just keep passing the buck with regards to issues and faults with the vehicle. Management of the dealership was unable to resolve problems. On numerous occasions i have asked to speak to the owner of the dealership and was told that he is unavailable and they cannot give out his personal contact details and is hardly at the office. The permits on the car has expired on the 29/01/2015 and thus has been parked in my garage as i am unable to use the car. I do not want the car anymore as this whole situation has brought me grief.
