Horrible, Unreliable, Dishonest.

Bought a second hand vehicle from them, made me feel at home and was more than happy to assist with a few minor things that needed fixing on the car.(Obviously just buttering you up to make a sale) Made me wait 3 weeks for them to sort them out(from Nov 2018) Collected the vehicle and literally nothing was fixed (3 weeks) I tried to return it and after a 2 week wait just to get a reply from them, seemed like they where dodging me. I tried getting Stuart involved but cant even get a reply out of him. Finally after threatening them with my attorney did they agree to take the vehicle again and fixed most of the problems, but 3 things remained with one being a back ordered item. This has now been on back order for almost 3 months. I ask for proof of back order and to replace the globe that "went missing" (like my car is there for spares) and no reply. Be very careful and thoroughly inspect the vehicles you want to buy from them, doesn't look like they serviced this vehicle at all before selling it. Don't trust anything they promise you.
