CMD Automative Engineering

I just like to say I am utterly disgusted with the customer service offered at this establishment by both the owner and his son, who happens to be the store manager. If i could give this place a rating of zero I would. I had my crank done by them which they managed to stuff up leaving me with a huge repair bill to rebuild my engine. I brought this up to their attention and made my way to them, with the crank in hand. Upon my arrival I spoke to the manager who then reffered me to the owner, his father. Measurements of the journals were taken and I was initially told the crank was perfectly done . When i disagreed with the owner he then started shouting and pointing fingers at me. I informed him that he should refrain from shouting and pointing his finger at me when talking to me as I am a customer. He responded by saying he will do what he wants to do and there is nothing i can do about it. Furthermore he then said I am not a customer but someone who came looking for help. Both him and his son then threatened to "drop me" (beat me up). After our back and forth he then remeasured the journals and suddenly realised that indeed they had stuffed up. No apology , no ownership or accountability. Instead I was told by his son that he did not do the work on my crank, shifting the blame to his staff. Ohh furthermore I was also told not to speak to other customers on his property, what a joke!! Personally I will not be returning to this establishment EVER. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this place too. Disgusted to the core
