Sold accident car

Sold my dad an accident damaged vehicle. Advertise with motor & service plan & paid a premium price because of this. Went to agents for service & was told the warranty has lapsed. Then i found out the car was in an accident & been fitted with generic body panels. They agreed to refund me but still battling. Can someone please see who they are accredited with?? Im from Port Elizabeth & not able to visit their jokeroom again
