Selling accident damaged cars to women .

My wife purchased a bmw135i from cmc lifestyle motors 3 months ago. 6 weeks later the rear axle broke off. The car was taken to smg bmw . We were informed that the car had been in a serious accident and repairs would cost approximately R40 k. We contacted cmc lifestyle motors owner Waseem Dadarker and after meeting with him he said he would contribute R15k towards repairs if my wife signed a non disclosure form . My wife signed the form and now he does not pay . Seeing that he has acknowledged that he had sold an accident damaged vehicle and does not pay this money I would like him to cancel this deal and refund the full amount including repairs which to date is R55k. If i have to I will go to my lawyers and file a suit against Mr Dadarker of cmc lifestyle motors in Goodwood. It is time that someone stops these ****** from selling accident damaged vehicles to people who work hard for their money.
