Bad service CMC Lifestyle

I bought a bmw m sport at CmC lifestyle in 2019. They sold me an accident damaged vehicle which they fixed. It is a 2015 model where they told me that there is no motor plan on the vehicle. I took the vehicle to BMW for a service and found out that the vehicle have a valid motor plan. However they need to do a quality check before they could transfer the motor plan to my name. While performing the quality check they found accident damaged signs and immediately put the motor plan on hold. I went back to Cmc to ask why they **** about the vehicle not being in an accident and about the motor plan. They told me that they never knew that the vehicle was in an accident. Also the motor plan is on their name. They made me take out 3 policies on the vehicle know that there is an active motor plan. I tried giving the vehicle back but they didn't wanted to cancel the agreement. It's been over a year now and the vehicle is giving problems every day due to that accident. I am in the process of sueing them. I want people to know that Cmc is not a reliable car dealership. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy any of there vehicle's.
