Bad service

WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER!!! On 20th December 2019 my husband financed a Golf 7 Gti from CMC LIFESTYLE. Their service was good as they obviously wanted to finalize the deal asap. They mesg him to say the car can be done by 4pm and that if he wanted he can come get it... All convenient. My husband eft a deposit of R40k Drove away with the car and everything was perfect until the 11th of February 2020 when he received a call from them saying their is problems with the cars papers. We where on holiday and had to cut our holiday short and rushed back to Cape. My husband went the same they to their offices and was told that the car was bought from a friend and the friend didn't pay the car finish (how they could get finance again for the car I wouldn't know). My husband had to return the car, he had already spend money on the car to modify it. A sound system. And the 1st installment was deducted already. I went with him the next day(wantdd to get clarity as to what happen). The owner was very ******** walked pass me as if I don't exist. They made us a offer that they would give us a BMW for a month, before the month is over they would get my husband another Gti,pay the installment back. Give his sound system and downpipe and exuast system. I asked them to put it in writing and they were not happy about it. But agreed. We left their offices with the BMW. We waited a week for the refund of the 1st installment and by that time the second installment was due already. Waited another 4 days After the week for the Letter after I had to email them what the letter had to say. We had endless problems with them. They bought the downpipe from us and for that we had to wait another week or two before they actually paid out the money. The BMW had a brake problem, they came to take it away and have it repair the brakes warning still goes on and it's still making noises ND giving warning signs. The window wasn't working and one of the drivers came to fetch it ND then damaged the rim of the car. The rim is still not repaired. We not want the BMW. We paid for a gti and now we stuck with a car with problems and this people is giving us a around.. The owner has absolutely no way of speaking to a person. Look at what he ask my husband. Is that a way to speak to your clients? My husband requested his money back how many times already. I would really not recommend anyone buying a car by these people. Their company left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I'm very disappointed
