Arrogant Business Boss

After i was involved in an accident my vehicle was then taken to CMC Auto Body Germiston thereafter for some reasons my claim with my insurance company was then rejected and they then send a letter to CMC to reassemble and release my vehicle to me. To my surprise i was the one who kept on calling them check on the progress and way forward regarding this issue. On the 19th of October 2021 i went there to have a chat with them to see a way forward i was then refered to a Gentleman by the name of TREVOR we had a chat then we went to view the vehicle together then i noticed my battery was missing when i asked him he just blushed off by saying all the cars that we parked there had their batteries removed i then asked him why is my power cable had been cut off he told me he will check with his staff. I then left his premises today i went back to check progress then we went to the yard again where my car is parked he then started to explain the progress to me and then mention that some pipes were broken due to my accident i then disputed that because the time the car was towed from my house everything were okey on the engen and gearbox and i personally explain that to him. Then he decided to call his machenic guy to explain what was the problem and before the first day i went there i raised an issue about RATS that were cousing problem with the small cables he said straight to my face i dont have control of that with an attitude going back to the machenic guy i said to him today the reason im this furiors is because of the battery cable that is missing he then explain to me that there was a breake in to the premisses the battery was ****** then i ask Trevor why he didnt mension that to me his answer was i quote "THIS IN AN OPEN PARKING " at his very same own premisses he even made an example about Airport parking that should you leave your car in an open parking such things happened.
