Suspicious

I booked my car in for a straight forward minor repair. Involving bumper replacement and spray. This took two weeks. A ridiculously long time. When I phoned I was told each time the car was in the paint shop. Really? For two weeks? And how convenient that I was using their loan car , which I paid a daily rate for. <br> When it was time to fetch my car I was to,d they found other damage so it would cost more than quoted amount. How can a bumper replacement have more damage? It's being replaced? <br> All I can say is beware. I used to recommend them. Never again. Not only were they non specific with there explanations but very off hand and not interested.
