Bad Customer Service turn around time

My car have been standing at Cmc for the last 3 weeks.I get an sms telling me that the car is in the paintshop.Its been standing in the paintshop for 2 weeks.When you phone and speak to the service manager the answer you get is:\Im on my way to your car I'll call you back".I'm still waiting on that call.The car went in for minor repairs to side.This is the first time in my life i have had such bad service from a company and no sense of urgency.I will not recommended them to anybody an less you don't mind not having a vehicle indefently."""
