3 weeks after, I still do not have a revised quote

So I was sent a quotation to sign where CMC was to pay 500 on my claim and I was to pay the remainder on a claim of 2500. I queried the quote and was told its a mistake and would receive a revised quote. Up until today, I have not received anything even though I have called them. The last email was on the 19th November 2015. DISAPPOINTING FROM YOU GUYS AT CMC
