Shocking Service from Arrogant Belligerent Management at CMC Brackenfell

<p>I have taken my bakkie for repairs at CMC autopanel three times in the last year. They NEVER FAIL TO DISAPPOINT. Each time I have taken it in I have had to wait for longer periods than promised and the workmanship is never performed properly.</p> <p>They resprayed the rear tailgate of my bakkie at least three times due to doing a poor job. They had to replace the Toyota badge three times because it bubbled Poor workmanship. In the end i told them to put another type of badge on because they just could not get it right. And these guys are supposed to be one of the best panel beaters in Cape Town Ja Right. Then I had my bumper repaired and they did a shoddy job again and when I called out Glen and Peter ( Management) they ganged up against me saying that I was ridiciulous. Well I wont stand for their shoddy worksmanship. I dont care who they are, I wont be intimidated. I will be reporting this to my insurance company. They must be removed from the authorised panel beaters list. In retrospect i should have just taken my vehicle and left and let them fight with my insurance company. They were arrogant enough to Say the I must not come back. Well I will come back for any poor work that they have already done, but you can be assured they will never touch one of my vehicles again. My wish is that the more people I enlighten about their shocking treatment of customers will end up in them closing down. There are numerous other BETTER panel Beaters out there than them!!!!! CMC you don't know what service is!</p>
