Service you CAN'T count on

<p>Good day CMC,</p> <p>I do not like to complain, but in this case I feel that it is necessary. We handed in our Mitsubishi to get a dent in the door fixed on Monday 20 March and we were told that we could expect the car within 5-7 working days. Yesterday, 30/03/2017, we assured we would get our car back today 31/03/2017. When we phoned today, we were told that it would be ready by Monday 03/04/2017. If I include today, we have been waiting for our car for 10 working days. I feel that this is unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional! We were not offered a courtesy car. This lack of a car has had a huge effect on our work schedules. On Monday when we phone, will we be told that it's not ready again?</p>
