Really bad workmanship

My vehicle was booked in for repairs on 20 November 2017. They called me 3 times to say the vehicle is ready for collection. On each occasion I inspected the vehicle there was a plethora of problems with the workmanship. Like: Orange peel, Poor alignment of bumper to the body, trimming hanging loose, exhaust not aligned ext.

Their management **** to me about pirate parts that was fitted and were very rude as well. They need to wake up. I do not even know why my insurance sent me to them in the first place?
