Multiple returns and still not happy.

Discovery Insure advised me to take my car in to fix a scratch at CMC Auto Panel. I left my car with them for a week and a half and received a call that the vehicle was done. When I arrived I realized that the color on the bumper doesn't match the color of the body. They then took the vehicle back and fixed the color but when I received it back the bumper assembly wasn't done correctly. I had to bring the vehicle back a third time to get that fixed and now only one side is fixed. Why is there no one doing a final check before calling the customer to do a quality evaluation/??
