Disappointed Client CMC Auto Panel

I am an Utterly disappointed client. My vehicle was brought to your Brackenfell store on the 06th February 2019. We received our vehicle back on the 22 March 2019. (Pathetic turnaround time) During this period (no follow up calls made to myself or my husband informing us on the progress of our vehicle repairs. We had to call and follow up ourselves. The vehicle was promised to be delivered on the 20 March 2019 already at 13:00 and no communication was made until I had to call on Friday, 22 March 2019 and request what happened why was my car not delivered?

After delivery, both back lights is not same in terms of lighting. CMC worked on my vehicle irrespective whether they were the experts but in my opinion they are not. “Who delivers a vehicle to a client and the back lights differ in lighting?” this was not enough so when we complain we get told it’s the insurance that does not want to put in original lights. How convenient to just BAD MOUTH the insurance? The same insurance company that most of your daily busy is generated from.

Today, my husband almost made an accident with our vehicle because of the 2 back tyres nutts that was not replaced by your Company. “Peter” the Manager says his not sure if both tyres was removed when repairs was done. How is it possible for you to have fixed my vehicle if both tyres was not removed? It was a major back smash ACCIDENT of close to R80,000 damages. My husband IS sitting at Tyger Wheel and Tyre since 09:00 this morning and according to Tyger Wheel and Tyre the thread of our tyres has been damaged when YOU put the tyres back on and there was 3 nutts missing from both back tyres.

Now we get told that it is not CMC fault as CMC is contracted to Tyger Wheel and Tyre so they messed up. Again blame is shifted. Where does the client fit in here? 1) for almost dying this morning on the road due to the puncture and negligence of your staff not putting back on nutts on both back tyres 2) Who compensates my husband for losing out on a days work as he is still at Tyger Wheel and Tyre since 09:00 am and the Manager “Peter” has the audacity to ask my husband what must he do to fix this mess? Why should we spell it out to you that enough is enough? You should know what to do in such circumstances “We as the client shouldn’t be spelling things out to you on how to make clients feel appreciated and give us excellent results , good service etc etc etc

All we needed was for CMC is to just take responsibility for their part in this matter and own up to it, it's called 'CUSTOMER SERVICE'. I am a Financial Planner for Momentum so I will definitely not advise my clients to fix their vehicles at CMC aswell because I wouldn’t want them to experience the bad ****ty service I received from your workshop.

After explaining my frustrations over and over to Hardus and the Manager it just never gets better.

I AM CONTEMPLATING TO NEVER TAKE ANY OF MY VEHICLES TO CMC EVER AGAIN, you have treated me the client like I don't belong, you didn't have my best interest at heart.

CMC have done shady, unprofessional and unacceptable work on my vehicle. OUR LIVES WERE IN DANGER HERE and the manner in which you have handled this matter speaks volumes on who you see fit to be treated with satisfactory results, it's clear I'm not the customer you will go the extra mile for you clearly have more important clients and I'm definitely not one of them.
