Demand them to check if your car is physically there!!!!

I had an accident with my car and I was told my car was booked in by CMC Auto Panel. I phoned them a couple of times, where they told me that I should wait for the estimator to send a quote to my email address.

After hearing this story over and over, I phoned them again today, Day 11 after the accident, just to find out that my car was never booked in by them, but taken to another place on Day 1.

I am highly disappointed with the level of service as it's gonna take even longer to sort out everything (insurance claim) now.

This had definitely set my life back with another week and a half!
