Call center doesn't help or call disconnect all the time

I have a small dent and scratches cover from CMC . There call center is useless either the very busy or call disconnect all the times. I am very very unhappy about their service . I submitted everything on Tuesday 11th September and still waiting for approval. This is unacceptable
