That wasn't the case at all. Everyday I had to ask Ramone for and update on my car, I mean how long does it take to replace a bumper, I then ph the workshop manager Visser which I ask him how will it take to repair my car. They already took the car the Tuesday and only started the Thursday after I ask for an update. On Wednesday they said my car is finish I can come and collect at 4. Eish what a disaster of service and professionalism from both the manager Visser, Ramone and another guy tall didn't get he's name. My car was damage on the left side door at the bottom omg. I ask them what happened they couldn't answer they were so reluctant no worries no care in the world. No one wants to take responsibility of who damage the car. Visser told he don't I asked him what you gona do about he say there is nothing he can do I mean don't you have cameras in your work place. I then called Ramone also just a *** attitude just pulled up he's shoulders and walked away. What the *** service is this I'm asking. Me and my wife was standing and checking these ppl think really they can treat ppl so *** for a business. Then they said they gona repair the with John who is paint less dent removal. He's gona ph yesterday and do repairs yesterday. No John pitch up I had to ph him and hear if he received a call from cmc auto and guess what they didn't ph him. What a *** and bad service I received form cmc auto. I made the appointment for Monday at 8 to come and fix my door and I will see if it's gona happen, but I will never ever take any vehicle of mine ot that place never again. Service: Painting
