Horrible "service"

Staff in Durban are ***********, lack of communication within the company, service is the slowest as a shipping line. Most frustrating line to communicate with, 0860 number is sometimes not answered, when answered and put thro' to a department nobody answers. Most horrible service and have advised clients not to use the company fro shipping.
