Absolutely ******* Services, the most un professional shipping company i see in my past 25 years experience , No answered to emails, No answer to call, Late response after many try to catch one of them on call, and charging you lot of money after all delay . this company making money out of client pocket for all these late response , everything is in purpose to charge clients for demurrage and storage. they just make money on this way not shipment and delivery. i will take this case to the head office in France. they sent arrival notification two days before shipment arrived after lot of email and calls, SARS stopped container for inspection and now 8 days call and emails for booking after all of the story charged R27k for storage. thats how this Agent in South Africa Abstraction and making money.
