CMA INFO FOR REAL ESTATE - ********* BEHAVIOUR?

In September of 2023 I have opened an account with CMA Info for real estate. I have a small real estate agency that operates in Cape Town. After opening the account I have used it for a a couple of days, mostly trying to figure out how it works and decided that it is not for me. I have switched to them, because they were cheaper. The problem was that the way it was set-up was not the way I expected it to be. I explained to Nerissa exactly what I wanted. She promised me that it is the same. I have then called in and emailed them, asking them to cancel the account with immediate effect in that same month. According to them they have a three month contract policy. Meaning whether you are unhappy with services or not you still have to pay for three months. I believe they did not deliver as promised and therefore I had the right to cancel. I also believe they should have first send me a demo to ensure that this is what I wanted before signing me up. Until today 27/10/2025, they are still sending me invoices every month. Every time I speak to the gentleman in the accounts department, asking him to cancel my account, every time without fail he sounds surprised to hear from me. Every time I have to send them proof of all previous conversation and emails I had with them. It feels so ********* what they are doing. My biggest fear is that I will end up with a huge bill for a service that I have cancelled years ago and will be forced to pay it. I have kept all my emails. I have send them proof, but with no action from their side. I really feel vulnerable. I am using this as a last resort with the hope that they will stop doing what they are doing.
