no delivery no refund

Paid 30% on the 11 Dec 2015<br> Another 40% on the 13 Jan 2016<br> Engineer took final measurements 28 Jan 2016<br> Was promised a final invoice from d final measurements to settle d Balance so they can deliver within 14days <br> Made follow up on the invoice until I drove to their offices <br> Total was paid on the 5 feb 2016 but no delivery date<br> Called following week threatened to cancel my order <br> Was promised 17 feb they wil deliver <br> But only 20% of the material was received <br> Made follow up via email, calls, side visit but my effort was ignored <br> I then send cancellation notice on the 23rd Feb due to non delivery<br> Went to Flash precast and my order was delivered in 4days<br> <br> Tried to get my refund frm CM worx with no success <br> Instead they send another delivery which I returned back to the sender<br> <br> Today is the 2rd March 2016 no feedback no refund R44 000<br> They are taking advantage of the vulnerables/ less privileged <br> <br>
