Delivered less goods than Ordered

Good afternoon Sir<br> <br> My name is Hlomani Godfrey Shirindza and I have a problem with CMWorx, the suppliers of pre-stressed concrete<br> Materials. On 2 February 2015 I requested a quotation for a double storey concrete slab components and was given<br> A quotation amounting to R72 028-28.<br> I paid R45 000-00 as a deposit on the 03 February 2015 and paid R27 050-00 as the outstanding balance on the 18th February 2015. I was told that I should build<br> Up to ground floor slab and take measurements of the walls so that they will be able to design the components that will fit and be according to the house as built.<br> <br> I spoke to a guy named Dirk and forwarded him on the 15th February the measurements as built up to finished floor of ground floor. The components then were delivered around the 10th Mach 2015 and they looked fine to me. We built up to First Floor level and assembled the components only to find that the blocks were not enough to cover the whole floor. About 500+ blocks were short. I called them on the 12th October 2015 and they refused to take responsibility. They say they delivered 34Tons of materials but it doesn't how many blocks were to be delivered that is how I found out.
