Worst Broker in Africa

I`m so disgusted by the service from this broker i can`t believe they have the nerve to say they are the best broker in Africa. On Monday the 29/11/2021 I made a withdrawal of a very small amount and from there i could see their true colors. They first started saying i need to submit images of my bank card and statement of which i did then later said they did not receive them. Then afterwards they said your withdrawal is being processed which lasted over 3 days without the money being paid in. After that they said we need your bank statement again when i advised them that i had already sent the statement, after that all of a sudden i get mail saying "thank you for cancelling your withdrawal" of which is just total BS.

I`m so fed up with this broker i just want my money back, i wouldn`t advise anyone to use their platform, just a bunch of unprofessional people.
