Trading platform Glitch and Horrible service.

I Have been a happy customer for a while now at CM trading and would like to acknowledge Scott Hall as being a great account manager.

But, I have had a really bad experience this week with an account which I managed on behalf of a relative.

From last week I had 2 buy positions and one sell position open on coffee on their platform, on Tuesday when the market opened(it was closed on Monday 18 February 2019) the price spiked considerably when the the account went bust, they ignored the 2 buy positions and only considered the sell position. If you have 2 buy positions and one sell, how can the equity go down?

I have been contacting them and no one would even look at the situation. I only got arrogant answers like"this is what happens when you don`t look at your account" and that I could get a bonus if I invested more.

My email was also ignored, this really has been a nice solid stab in the back and I don`t feel safe investing with them anymore and cannot advise anyone else to trade with them.

It really hurts to have to write a review like this, I was a happy customer and used to recommend CM trading with confidence.
