Poor Integration for New Trading Account

I just want to voice my disappointment with CM Trading. The service one receives after opening a Tading Account is quite simply put poor. You get Promised One-on-One Training/Introduction to Trading. Nothing comes of it. I feel they should not advertise themselves as a Safe Financial Institution in SA. They are either Overwhelmed or basically are terrible at Customer Service. I opened an account with them for $820, and received a few calls only for the Analyst to set an appointment they would not honor. I do not wish to tarnish their reputation but point out a weakness they have and criticize their way of business. If you plan to Trade, Use another Broker that will whole assist you, and warn you of the Risks of Forex Trading. CM Trading failed me dismally in this regard, needless to say i still have a Dormant Account with them.<br> I just wish they would integrate New Trading Account better and STOP making a quick buck from people losing their Hard-Earned monies.
