Free $100... I DO NOT WANT YOUR FREE $100! Stop with your popup messages whenever I open a window on my computer. I went to your site once and you infected my system in such a way that I can not open anything anymore. I had to pay for a popup blocker. I have told your people over the phone that I do not want to be your client anymore, I went with another company. LEave me alone now please.

On May 14th 2018, you registered out of your own will for an account with our company, no one at CM Trading forced you to do so.
As logic would have it, if you register for anything it usually means that you are interested in the service and are seeking to get some information, so we did intend to call and do just that. Now that we know that you do not want to be contacted, we will remove you from our lists.
From your own admission, "you are not the best at running anti-spam", so we will assume that you may not be fami**** with the concept of computer cookies.
Cookies are small files which are stored in a computer. Those files allow your computer to load some of the frequently visited websites faster and they also allow the server to deliver ads that are tailored to you. For example, if you Google "flights to the Bahamas" once, all of a sudden all you will see ads for the Bahamas on every website you visit! If you pay close attention to your Facebook account for example (assuming you have one), you will see that most of the ads displayed are for products that you previously searched online. That is because Facebook, along with 99.9% of all websites, use cookies.
This is the reason why you are getting pop ups and ads for CM Trading products and offers. This is not spam and it has nothing to do with spam. You don't have to pay for a pop up blocker nor for anti spam software, you just have to clean your computer cookies, cache and history.
If you had reached out to our support team at any point in time - and our systems show you did not - we would have told you to do just that!
We are not unreasonable Sir, and we don't believe in aggressively chasing after anybody to "sell our product". You just had to do one thing and that is reaching out to us through all the channels that we put at your disposal, but you did not.
Instead of trying to find resolution directly with us, you apparently believed that writing this review and engaging in some form of "public shaming" would be the best way to go! That is indeed a shame Sir, it's also extremely unfair.
